New year, another delicious recipe from Mao’s kitchen! In the latest edition of her new ‘Slow Chinese’ series of cooking videos, she shows you how to make the infamous Sichuan Style Chicken with Chilli Sauce.

We’ll definitely be giving this one a try this weekend!

Ingredients: 1kg chicken, 1 cucumber, a bunch of spring onions, a chunk of ginger, 1 garlic, dried Sichuan peppercorns, chilli oil, light soy sauce, sesame oil, cooking wine, salt, caster sugar, sesame seeds.
