After running a marathon and travelling the world, Mao is finally back bringing us the Chinese recipes that we love! These cute Piggy Buns are the ultimate party piece or to serve a fussy eater…who could resist?!

Buns (mantou,馒头) are the most common food among Chinese families and wherever you venture in China you will find them on street stalls and in restaurants. Well, now you can make your own!

Ingredients: Plain flour 500g, yeast 3g, caster sugar 5g, water 240g, some black sesame.
