Simple Chinese Food: Ants Climbing Trees

Have you ever been into a Chinese restaurant and been scared away after seeing this dish on the menu?  蚂蚁上树 (mǎ yǐ shàng shù) literally means ants climbing trees, but fear not! Mao is here to explain how to cook the delicious Sichuan dish, which is actually a combination of minced beef, vermicelli, red chili, green chili, garlic, spring onion and chili bean sauce.
