Wow, what a treat. Christmas and a video recipe of my favourite Chinese dish all in one week – I can’t wait to try this one out.
Ingredients: 380g sirloin joint, 2tsp bicarbonate of soda, salt, wheat starch/potato starch, oil, sesame oil, 2 spring onions, garlic, sichauan pepper, dried chillies, lettuce, sesame seeds, crushed chillies, chilli bean sauce (Toban Djan) and water.
