
Mao is back with another delicious Chinese dish for you to try. We especially love the spring onion oil which you can then go on to use for other dishes during the week… all topped with a fried egg – delicious!
Ingredients: 12 spring onions, six shallots, oil, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, caster sugar.
