Buns (mantou,馒头) are the most common food among Chinese families and wherever you venture in China you will find them on street stalls and in restaurants. Well, now you can make your own!
Ingredients: Plain flour 500g, yeast 3g, caster sugar 5g, water 240g, some black sesame.
